LEV|Arch is looking for senior architects for the two offices located in Milan and Catania.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to work in a team of professional with a deep experience on the hospitality sector in particular in renovation of existing building and strong skill of ArchiCad. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project up to completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.
Responsibilities
Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
Coordinate all the others consultants during all the design phases
Utilise knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product
Good understanding of interior design and landscaping
Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in architecture
5+ years of experience in construction and architecture
Strong organisation, creative and presentation skills
Strong in Archicad
