Key Responsibilities
- CAD Expertise: create, refine, and manage complex interior hotel design drawings using CAD programs.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, organized, and adhere to project requirements.
- Provide technical support and solutions for CAD-related challenges.
Technical Organization:
- Develop and maintain a system for storing, organizing, and accessing project drawings and technical documents.
- Ensure version control and proper file management for all project-related materials.
Technical Support:
- Troubleshoot IT issues related to design software and tools, ensuring smooth operations for the design team.
- Research and recommend new tools, applications, and technologies to enhance productivity and design precision.
Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement ways to improve technical workflows, drawing standards, and file management systems.
- Train team members on best practices for software use and project organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience with CAD in interior design or architecture.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in CAD and familiarity with design-related software (e.g., SketchUp).
- Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for troubleshooting software and IT issues.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills, with experience in managing large volumes of project files and technical drawings.
- Tech-Savvy: Passion for technology and a keen interest in discovering and using new applications.
- Languages: Fluent in English.
