The High Line, an out of date railway line in Manhattan, will become the first elevated park of the city and a model of urban transformation. For several months two firms, Diller Scofidio + Renfro and landscape architects of Field Operations, have been working on the project: a concrete path going among gardens that reflect the wildness of present vegetation in the place [el mercurio].
