Yesterday (13th january 2005) Governing Council of the European Central Bank choosed Coop Himmelb(l)au‘s revised project for new ECB seat in Frankfurt as the one that best meets functional and technical requirements. This resolution confirms the decision of international jury, who awarded the first prize to the project [ecb.int].
