Mexican architect Enrique Norten won the competition to design Guggenheim Museum in Guadalajara, city of western Mexico. Construction works for Norten 150 million dollar proposal, selected from a total of three, are supposed to start at the end of 2006, while the inauguration is scheduled for 2010 [El Informador].
