400 ab x 150 mc/ab= 60000 mc
SLP res 60000/3 (Hvirtuale) = 20.000
SLP comm 175% di 1800 = 3150
+ 400 abx 50 mq= 20000 mq
Tot. 23.150 mq
St= Sf+ Aree Stand. = 20.000 mq + 23150mq= 43150 mq
It(mc/mq)= Vol/ST = 60000/43150= 1,40 mc/mq
Sf= St - Aree Stand. = 43150- 23150=20000
If(mc/mq)= Vol/Sf = 60.000/20.000= 3,00 mc/mq
Qualcuno ha svolto anche il tema urb. della prima sessione 2011 milano??Possiamo confrontarci anche su quella magari..GRAZIE
